Usually, the function of a vacuum sealer machine is to extract oxygen from the container to prolong the shelf life of the food and to reduce the volume of the contents and packaging with flexible package shapes. Vacuum sealer machines reduces atmospheric oxygen, limiting the growth of aerobic bacteria or fungi, and preventing the evaporation of volatile components.
